I purchased a Recycled Chunky Knit Waterproof Beanie hat and am very pleased with the quality and comfy fit. The descriptions were clear and the hat is just what I was looking for - the service and communication received was good. Also, the seller chose to use Royal Mail for delivery which was VERY quick and they actually rang the bell instead of just dumping it on the doorstep like most others world. THANK YOU

I find these a little large but ideal for wearing big socks under and also for going outside to put rubbish out without having to change into shoes!

I love these comfortable slippers and that I can nip outside without soaking the sole!

The box for these slippers arrived very damaged (caused in transit) and as there were a gift I requested a replacement box. I received a reply the next day from Suzanne who was couldn’t have been more helpful and promptly sent me a new box, carefully packaged.

I needed to contact the company after ordering the socks as I had made an error with the delivery address. The lady I spoke to was lovely and a pleasure to deal with, she sorted my mistake straight away. The socks were a gift for my daughter who absolutely loves them.
